project enigize

On the 18th September 2019 we had Project Energize with Gina and these are three things I learnt and first I learnt the four food groups.These are the food groups: fruits and veggies, dairy, grain and meat. Thin chips absorb lots of fat and thick ones have less fat. Fizzy is unhealthy and milk/water is the best drink. While we were still there we made hummus and I helped
